Maple end-grain cutting boardI would like to start off with a short story of how we got here. We love good food, I imagine most people do.This love for not just tasty but creative and maybe even healthy food has led us to start building cutting boards. We spend a lot of time in our kitchen mimicking the food network's most popular shows especially my favourite Chef Michael Smith.

Now cutting boards are just one tool in the kitchen, we may be a little biased in saying they are one of the most important but I think it's true. In order to prepare even the most simple meals, basic prep will likely include a knife. A knife may not need a cutting board to do its job but it sure saves you money replacing counter tops over the long run.

charcuterie boardI'll get to the point, help us help you. We would like to expand the tools we create for you in the kitchen. We love having a food safe and natural material like maple in our kitchen and I'm sure you wood too ( pun intended). We are looking for ideas on what you would like to have in your kitchen. I've included a picture of our newest product line the charcuterie and cheese board.

If you haven't heard the news about your barbecue brush, now is a good time to look into it.This is an example of the type of ideas that we are looking fcedar BBQ scrapersor. We had heard about the hazards of wire bristles getting stuck in throats and were more than happy to solve the problem. Enter the cedar BBQ scraper and you have a safe all natural tool that keeps you grilling all summer long.
