Wood Species
Between the Grain uses some exotic species of wood that may not be well known to most. Most of our boards contain North American hardwoods such as Maple, Black Walnut, and Cherry. However, we like to add some colour to our work without using stains and chemicals that are not food safe. To accomplish this we use some exotic species of wood from South America and Africa.
